first contact via a virtual meet to discuss project and if we are a fit
1 brief and preparation
We meet for an interactive briefing workshop to understand your project aspirations and challenges. Together, we refine your brief and procure surveys.
2 concept and feasibility
We prepare multiple creative options for your building and establish planning, building regs and sustainability opportunities and constraints.
3 Design development/schematics
detail development and detail budgets. this stage is about preparing, submitting and monitoring your planning and listed building consent applications.
4 technical documentation
This stage is the most intensive and involves preparing building regulations packages, specifications and collaborating with our consultants, and preparing a tender package for construction.
5 construction
We will supervise the site progress and quality during the construction phase, acting as your Contract Administrator if necessary.
6 close out
We assit and certify completion and keep in touch up to 6 months after completion to learn how you use the space and to resolve any contractor defects.
7 happiness
