MOAD is to pioneer and be the innovative design studio as young design students we aspired to be. Not only to marvel at the great buildings currently changing our global design context but to participate be contributors of the utopia.

In 2012 Tshego Moiloa established Moiloa Office of Architecture + Design (MOAD). then in 2015 went on to become director of moad properties.

She registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession(SACAP) IN 2005 and is a precious member of the management commitee of the Gauteng Institute of Architects (GIFA). She is also registered with the South African institute of arhitects (SAIA). Tshego has an intuitive design flair, which many of her colleagues commend. She is currently running her studio in Johannesburg, one of her highlights thus far was when she severed as Venue Infrastructure coordinator (VIC) consulting for Nussil international and the local organizing commitee for the Soccer City stadium for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. These works has seen her deign and implement the overlay planning and project management for the event. In 2005 she was employed by Boogertman Urban Edge + Partners in the design of the refurbishment of the Soccer City (FNB Stadium) for the 2010 World cup.
